So, my Best Eats in Cork, Coffee/Scone, and Brunch in Cork posts are rather popular but I know sometimes you think that food is food and you just want a place to be open at 9am on a Saturday or 10am on a Sunday, so this list is very basic and just tells you which brunch/breakfast spots are open when. I know many of these spots have been a lifesaver for me as a mother. I could be heroic and take LB out for an early breakfast and let my husband have a lie-in, but he never suspected I was really getting a phenomenal and freshly-cooked start to my day. And coffee. Oh, the coffee!
UPDATE: I’ve created a Google Doc list of all Cork City restaurants which offer brunch (or brunchy breakfasts) so I can keep it updated more easily. There is a dedicated Brunch in Cork page on this blog so check it out for the most up-to-date restaurant information and hours.
The list in this post was accurate as of January 2015

What about Café Anraith English Market? The Enterprise near Quay Co-Op?
Or the Quay Co-op, Georges Quay, or Twenty, Anglesea Street, or Tara, McCurtain Street.
Excellent, Hannah! Must add those!!!!
