  1. Hi, I am enjoying these brunch reviews as I am in Cork myself. It would be nice if you could make a little comment on the quality of the places in addition, and comparisons of the same dishes from other restaurants.

    1. Definitely needed. But it is also subjective so the best hollandaise to me may be too tangy for someone else. But, in the next two months as I post about the other 20-some brunch spots, I’ll be adding a mini review for each place. I also hope readers will comment with their experiences at these places.
