An English Market Butcher

1

February 4, 2015 by Evin

When I moved here, finding a good butcher was important to me. More so than finding a new hair stylist. I wrote sincerely about this experience, and the end of my search, in a recently published piece shared exclusively on the Cork Non-Fiction Writers’ Group blog and in their new book, Collected Works: A compilation of original texts in English or French with illustrations (Anchor and Bee, 2014).

Read the complete piece here.
