My book is done! After 13 months, my book project is complete. It was a long road filled with designing, writing, photographing, crowd funding, and editing. So let’s have a party!!!!

Bake Knit Sew showcases a year of creativity in baking, knitting, and sewing. Each month, an original baking recipe is partnered with a knitting pattern or sewing project, made with the seasonally-inspired ingredients and materials. These twelve baking recipes, seven knitting patterns, and five sewing projects are yours to make your own.

Let’s just celebrate that it is officially released into the world with the big official launch party on Wednesday, 29th October at 11:00a.m. at Vibes & Scribes on Bridge Street. It seemed like a natural fit to hold the celebration there since I was running into V&S at least once a week for supplies needed for the book. They have the bias tape, fabric, thread, and much more including yarn and button options.

I’ll be writing a series of posts about the process, the materials I worked with, and much more over on my main blog EvinOK, but for now I’m enjoying a little sigh after some hard work. What interests you in this book, the baking, the knitting, or the sewing? Or the pretty photos?
