Tuesday, 20 August
The famine and the writing of Irish history, 1860-1911 by Dr Gabriel Doherty, UCC. There will also be a brief musical performance based on music relating to the famine. 11 a.m.
Wednesday, 21 August
Vintage and Lace Fashion Show @ 11.00am and A Taste of Irish lace making @ 2-4 pm presented by Traditional Lace Makers of Ireland. 11 a.m. & 2 p.m.
The Gazetteer of Cork City street names ’ and the Irish Historic Town Atlas by the Royal Irish Academy presented by Maire Ní Laoí and Professor Howard Clarke. 7 p.m.
