Christmas Tree Lights Made WIth Sunshine

We walked around the city today and saw beautiful architecture, bright sunshine, and some great style. One thing that stuck in my head was how strong the sun is here. I had almost forgotten about the sun in California now that I have fallen in love with the rainy days of Ireland (no kidding, my skin loves it). The city of Barcelona has harnessed the determined sunbeams to illuminate their sustainable Christmas tree. The tree itself has reflective blue and silver panels each of which is equipped with a tiny solar panel and light. It is a truly a bright idea.
