Thrift Shopping in Cork City

Today, a friend and I went to a few of the second-hand charity shops in Cork City. There are quite a few which may require a more thorough post in the future, but for now I just want to say that options are broad and there are some nice things to be found if you are willing to look. Today, I found a beautiful pink spring-style double-breasted coat with three-quarter length sleeves. It is in desperate need of proper dry cleaning, but has definite potential and is quite slimming. When shopping at second-hand shops, I keep in mind the advice from What I Wore Today. Very helpful, so if you plan on doing any thrifting and are not already a pro, give it a read. It’s also a very fun blog in general.

Enough about me. What are you thinking?
