  1. Franciscan Well Easter Craftbrewing Festival

The Franciscan Well in Cork City is hosting its Spring beer festival this weekend. It is specific to craftbrewing – so only small Irish breweries are represented. It is free entry and a grill offers food for €3.50 per item (hamburger, chicken burger, veggie burger, hot dog,…). The chocolate stouts, particularly the truffle one, is amazingly chocolate-rich for a beer. Yummy!

What’s the Craic?

My Photos

I was thinking eating breakfast out saves time for work because then I don't have to wash the dishes at home. Flimsy reasoning at best, I know.

For bedtime, tea just doesn't cut it. Tonight, I'll have a hot cocoa with a dash of cinnamon.

Another day comes to a close.

Featherblade of #beef last evening. Lovely tenderness, perfect sides, but an overly smokey flavor.
